Okay maybe that’s a bit harsh, but one of my pet peeves is when random people on LinkedIn send connection requests without even bothering to change the default message. Oh the rage I feel inside whenever I see the words, “Hi Daniel, I’d like to join your LinkedIn network.”
There used to be a note at the bottom of my profile saying that I don’t reply to requests using the stock message, but most people ignored it, and after LinkedIn’s redesign it disappeared.
So, here’s an easy guide to help the people of the world determine if they should hit me up on LinkedIn.
